Yes next Sunday. Meeting at Ballinastoe for a bit of an adventure. Old style and easy, no fast stuff. Spin should last about 3 hrs so bring a bottle and a banana. In fact bring a camera and record this scenic route. Be up there around 9.45am and we'll push off at 10.01 am. Suitable for the fit/unfit/decrepid/bandjaxed/unbalancedl clunkers  that make up SCC………………it will be fun…..or elseLaugh….and I repeat no fast stuff!!!
