- Best of luck to Mark and Linda (if you're entering) and any other brave soul who is riding the National MTB Championships ( JULY 17th) in the grounds of Kilruddery Demense. Here is a great opportunity to have a stroll around this estate and cheer on our riders. Entrance is on Templecarrig Road (access off Windgates Rd) Senior races start 1PM approx…….bring a picnic and enjoy this great event………………………………………………………….Also to our Audax men and women: As the Paris-Brest-Paris, all 1200 Kilometres of it loom on the horizon, we wish you a trouble free run-up to the event and fair weather for it. All you hard work and careful preparation will pay-off and we will look forward to the photos……….of smiling happy riders in sunshine
Don't forget to wear your BIKEPURE WRIST BANDS……………..if anyone wants one I have them, only €2 (goes to club)……………….last but not least Enda and Fintan, back from exams and injury, respectively, are motoring again I hear………..just make sure you cross the line and only then give the victory salute ( I'm expecting many salutes from these two hard men)………..as for the rest of you…..keep those pedals turning. Great to see George O'Rourke back again after his crash and to Danny O'Shea we wish a speedy recovery.
