Well, well isn't it great to see all the teenagers in the club out by themselves enjoying their youth I'm just glad they had a responsible adult with them to record their antics……..God bless their little hearts! Well done Denis, these children are the future of our club

Steady on there Paul i dont plan on going quite as high as Lugnaquile or even Lugalla you pack of mad OOONNNKKKKMMMMOOOO's. It certainly looked like fun. We might try doing a little more cycling this time. Spread the word and keep the faith.

What? Are we going for another walk in two feet of that white stuff. Just met Denis doing his Tesco shopping with the rest of the yummie mummies! He is limping from the walking he insists, nothing to do with trying to snort the snow at 30km/hr!! He intends to do it all again on Sat. As we did five and a half hours on Wed. make sure you bring plenty of food or Denis might eat his saddle………ah! Brooks leather Vindaloo..yum! Seeye all tomorrow and if you are riding up give yourselves plenty of time.

The Sorrento Health and Safety Committee of Paul Murray,Dave Peelo, Denis Cummins and Paul O'Donoghue had a ramble over some snowy roads today to report on conditions for Saturdays spin.The report concluded that it was overall safe and definitely healthy.Don't forget to bring some bonk rations along as there aren't many shops around Lugnaquila. might be cold too if the sun doesn't break through!

Hi all,
I'm hoping to bring the TOUR out in the snow on saturday 4th dec.. Starting from the Glenview Hotel bridge and up the red lane. Please bring apropriate clothing and supplies of food. Mtbs are recommended. We had great fun doing this sort of spin last January as you may have seen on Youtube thanks to the skills of Dennis Cummins.
