John L , Eileen, Andy and John C accompanied enthuastic beginner Angela on her first spin. This was the first of what will be regular such spins. Paul M dropped by at the start to say hello.

Weather was sunny, with the air a bit chilly.

We met in Ashford and headed for Laragh,  via Glenealy and Rathdrum. We had a nice break  and set off back to Ashford through Annamoe and down the easy Devil's Glen.  Including the stop we were out 2:50. 

Another spin will be run shortly. If you know of anyone wanting to get into cycling, these spins are designed just for that.
